Regarding your question, the MLH Fellowship follows the concept of need-based stipend i.e. you can avail stipend if you need it. After you get selected to the fellowship, they roll out a stipend application that requires information about your housing, food, transport, education, finances etc. and once, it gets approved, you 'll be given stipend as per the details you had filled in the application.
